Job Description:
As a Webflow Developer, you will lead the design and development of custom websites, ensuring they are responsive, SEO-friendly, and aligned with client goals. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to turn concepts into dynamic, high-performing websites that drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive websites in Webflow, ensuring functionality and performance across devices.
• Customize Webflow templates and craft bespoke website designs from scratch.
• Implement animations, interactions, and custom code to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch files into live websites.
• Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across Webflow projects.
• Stay updated on Webflow’s latest features and best practices.
• Maintain and update existing client websites to ensure ongoing performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing websites using Webflow (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web accessibility.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (custom coding experience is a plus).
• Ability to integrate third-party tools and APIs within Webflow.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce builds using Webflow.
